The National Rugby League has extended the normal period in which Sandor Earl would be expected to formally reply to the infraction notice issued on August 29.
Sandor Earl remains provisionally suspended pending the resolution of the matters in question.
The extension is at this stage unspecified to allow ASADA to conduct further interviews with the player.
