enforcer Darcy Lussick will spend four weeks on the sidelines after pleading guilty to a Grade 4 reckless high tackle charge for his hit on Roosters prop and former under-20s teammate Jared Waerea-Hargreaves.
Lussick would have risked a six-week suspension had he contested the blatant high shot at the judiciary. The fiery front-rower was considered lucky not to have been sent off for the coathanger.
He will miss a string of big games for Parramatta, starting with Manly at Brookvale. We will also be missing for the western derby against Penrith at home, an away clash in Brisbane and a home game against the Roosters in Round 6 - meaning there is unlikely to be any rematch with Waerea-Hargreaves this season.

lock Shaun Fensom pleaded guilty to a Grade 2 dangerous contact charge and will miss one match, ruling him out of his side’s first home game of the season
against the Titans on Sunday.

McGuire will miss the Broncos' clash with the Roosters thanks to his Grade 1
dangerous contact charge. The charge carried 90 judiciary points but McGuire had 13
carry-over points from last year, taking him over the 100-point threshold after his early plea.
Manly’s Anthony Watmough, Parramatta’s Tim Mannah and the Tigers' Sauaso Sue were also charged with Grade 1 offences but escaped bans with early pleas.
