Winger Anthony Don has been brought into the Titans starting team for Monday night's clash with the Cowboys after scans on Tuesday confirmed that fullback William Zillman has a Grade 1 hamstring tear.

Zillman limped from the field in the 48th minute of last Sunday's win over the Raiders and his place in the No.1 jersey will be taken by regular right winger David Mead for the next fortnight at least.

It's another blow to the injury-ravaged Titans with five-eighth Aidan Sezer also being monitored for a possible return from a quad strain that kept him out of the win in Canberra.

Don has beaten out Burleigh Bears teammate Steve Michaels and Kalifa Faifai Loa to replace Mead on the right wing after all three played important roles in Intrust Super Cup victories for their respective teams on the weekend.

Don, 26, made 13 appearances in his maiden season in the NRL last season, scoring seven tries and will mark up on the Cowboys' Kiwi winger, Antonio Winterstein on Monday night.
