A $25 ticket for an adult and child will be on offer for this weekend's Dragons v Rabbitohs 'Men of League Heritage Round'

Fans will be able to purchase the special "Generation Pack" ticket for the Sydney Cricket Ground match on Saturday.

The special offer is aimed at celebrating Heritage Round by encouraging parents and grandparents to take a child to the league and share in the game's rich history.

The Dragons and Rabbitohs have played at the historic SCG a total of 678 games (St George Illawarra 359, South Sydney, 319) which is more than any other Clubs in the game.

There have been more Dragons v Rabbitohs premiership matches played at the SCG than any other contest between two clubs at the venue.

Members passes for both the Dragon and the Rabbitohs (Premium and Plus) will also be accepted on the on the day and their next match in Round 12 at ANZ Stadium.

In another win for fans, 2500 tickets to sit in the new SCG Members (Noble) stand are also available.

NRL Head of Marketing Lewis Pullen said the atmosphere of the marquee Heritage Round match is what makes it so special.

"Attending a rugby league match is an experience that can be shared across the generations," he said.

"We want grandparents and grandchildren get involved in rugby league this weekend to share their stories about both the old and new legends of the game.

"The $25 '1 adult, 1 child' ticket represents great value for a high quality match in a fantastic Sydney venue."

A number of affordable ticket options are also available across other matches this weekend.

Families (2 adults, 2 children) will be able to attend five of this weekend's NRL matches for $50 or less at the Sharks v Warriors; Panthers v Raiders; Dragons v Rabbitohs; Storm v Titans; and Cowboys v Knights games.

The $25 '1 adult, 1 child' pack is also available online for the Sharks v Warriors match and NRL Junior passes will be accepted at all games across the weekend.
