Game One of this year's Holden State of Origin Series marks the 100th clash between fierce rugby league rivals New South Wales and Queensland. To mark the occasion NRL.com is reliving 100 of the most iconic moments of the past 34 years of this compelling contest. 31. Game Three, 1991: Qld win 14-12 in Wally Lewis's Origin farewell

31 Origins, 30 as captain and eight Man of the Match awards (still a record today). If ever anyone deserved a winning Origin send off it was Lewis, and the King walked out of his castle with one of the most memorable series wins in Origin history under his belt. With games one and two being decided by two-point margins, the decider also went right down to the wire, as Queensland overcame a 12-8 deficit with a late try to replacement back Dale Shearer, before Mal Meninga slotted the match winning conversion to seal the match, series and a fitting finale for Queensland's favourite son.
