Panthers v Dragons

Panthers: Winger Dallin Watene-Zelezniak has been banned for four weeks over an eye gouging charge in the NSW Cup. Watene-Zelezniak was set to replace David Simmons, who could miss two months with a torn medial ligament. Kevin Kingston has been named to make his return from a foot injury in the NSW Cup.

Dragons: No changes expected for the Dragons, who are without NSW Origin stars Josh Dugan and Trent Merrin.

Roosters v Knights

Roosters: No changes expected, with youngster Willis Meehan or Daniel Mortimer the men most likely to drop off the bench.

Knights: Newcastle are expected to be 1-17, with Jake Mamo recovering from a back injury to line up at fullback and Josh Mantellato remaining on the wing this week with Joey Leilua out with a throat problem.

Bulldogs v Eels

Bulldogs: Sam Perrett has recovered from an ankle injury and will play, while the Bulldogs have a new halves combination of Damien Cook and Reni Maitua with usual playmakers Josh Reynolds and Trent Hodkinson in NSW camp. Back-rower Josh Jackson has been named in the centres but could be shuffled to the forwards with winger Corey Thompson named on an extended bench.

Eels: Willie Tonga will play if released from Queensland Origin camp on Friday, as expected.

Titans v Storm

Titans: Promising rookie Paul Carter has been stood down indefinitely by the Titans over a drink-driving charge. Dave Taylor is also out after replacing Corey Parker in the Queensland Origin squad.  Back-rower Cody Nelson is likely to join the squad while Mark Minichiello is set to move into the starting side. Albert Kelly (leg), Beau Falloon (back) and Brad Takairangi (bicep) are all likely to shake off injuries and play.

Storm: Will Chambers hasn't been named but could be included if he's released from Queensland Origin camp on Friday. Craig Bellamy has covered all bases with four extra players named on the bench, so expect the Storm to make a few late changes as they have done in recent weeks.
