Parramatta journeyman David Gower hits it up for the Eels against the Panthers at Sportingbet Stadium in Round 12.

Parramatta back-rower David Gower has re-signed with the Eels until the end of 2016 off the back of his solid form this season.

Since joining the club at the beginning of the season, Gower has become a first grade regular under new coach Brad Arthur who brought the 28-year-old with him from the Sea Eagles.

“David is very hard-working on the field and committed to his training, and sets a great example for the rest of our side, particularly our younger forwards,” Arthur said.

“He’s really come into his own as a player this year, and I’m looking forward to seeing him continue to develop over the next two seasons.”
