Twelve past and current Cronulla Sharks players have been suspended for breaches of the game’s anti-doping rules.
The NRL have outlined the restrictions which will apply to players who have been suspended for breaches of the game's anti-doping rules.

Chief Operating Officer Jim Doyle said the players will be ineligible to receive a Dally M Award or the Ken Stephen Medal in line with the rules for those awards.

It will be a matter for other leagues and clubs to determine whether the suspended players are eligible for awards, such as the Brad Fittler Medal, which come under their jurisdiction.

Players will continue to be recognised for career achievements in the usual way.
