The MCG is one of the most accessible sporting venues in the world!

Walk: The best way to get to the venue from the city is by foot – only 15 minutes.

From 6.30pm, supporters are encouraged to soak up the atmosphere in Federation Square and walk together along the Yarra River to the MCG – 10-15 mins

Catch a Train or Tram: Melbourne is known for its excellent Public Transport Facilities.

There are two train stations close to the MCG: Jolimont (otherwise known as MCG Station) is north of the ground and offers a five-minute stroll through Yarra Park or Richmond Station on the south eastern side of the MCG.

Trams 48, 70 and 75 all provide MCG access.
