In another win for fans, ANZ Stadium has joined the $5 pie and soft drink deal for the first weekend of the NRL Telstra Premiership Finals Series.
Fans will now be able to enjoy a $5 pie and soft drink at all Sydney finals matches.
"This is a big win for fans. I would encourage everyone to get along a Finals games and take advantage of these offers and enjoy a great game of Rugby League," NRL Head of Football Todd Greenberg said.
"With pre-purchased tickets starting at $20 for the general public, it makes it a very affordable outing for families.
"Finals footy is some of the best Rugby League action all year so make sure you're there to soak up the atmosphere."
At ANZ Stadium, the $5 pie and soft drink deal will be available at the food outlets inside the ground before and during the game.
Pre-purchased tickets to the Bulldogs-Dragons clash on Saturday night also includes return train travel to ANZ Stadium, with direct services running from Central and Sydenham.
ANZ Stadium General Manager Event & Business Development Greg Sleigh said "We are constantly working toward improving the fan experience – food and beverage deals, integrated transport, Wi-Fi and Connected Stadium innovations will all heighten the enjoyment of the Finals series for the fans."
"For $5, fans can enjoy a pie and soft drink or water at all food outlets inside ANZ Stadium all Saturday night.
"We've got two great traditional Sydney clubs – the Bulldogs and the Dragons – in a sudden-death Elimination Final at a family-friendly (5.50pm) time on Saturday," Mr Sleigh said.
