Round 6 Results:
Broncos 22 defeated Roosters 18 in golden point extra time
Sharks 22 defeated Knights 6
Titans 38 defeated Eels 16

Storm 14 defeated Raiders 10
Dragons 31 defeated Bulldogs 6
Cowboys 30 defeated Rabbitohs 12

A Ben Hunt golden try proved the difference in the Broncos' outstanding win over the Roosters to kick off Round 6. In a game made famous by the showdown between props Sam Thaiday and Jared Waerea-Hargreaves, the Broncos were able to get the last laugh and move to the top of the NRL Telstra Premiership. The Bulldogs and the Rabbitohs were still counting the cost of their Good Friday clash after being smashed by the Dragons and Cowboys respectively. The Sharks continued their winning ways by belittling the Knights in terrible conditions with rookie Jack Bird again putting forward another commendable performance.
