Knights Director of Football Michael Hagan will depart the club following an end-of-season review.

Newcastle Knights Director of Football Michael Hagan is departing the club, effective November 27.

“We would like to thank Michael for his contribution to the club as Director of Football,” CEO Matt Gidley said.

“Michael is a highly respected club ambassador and we wish him well for the future.”

Hagan has had a long involvement with the club in a number of roles but departs following the end of season football review.

The review has resulted in a restructure of the department.

“I have enjoyed the last 12 months and we have been successful in retaining most of our young, talented players in spite of a very heated player market,” Hagan said.
