The chairman Brian Fletcher has confirmed Panthers Group CEO Warren Wilson AM has tendered his resignation, effective 12pm Thursday, for personal reasons.
Mr Fletcher stated that the Board will convene next week to discuss a replacement.
Panthers will be making no further comment at this stage.
