All the key team changes and injury rumours heading into the weekend's Round 6 NRL Telstra Premiership games.

Rabbitohs: While there was some talk Adam Reynolds might return from a broken jaw sustained in Round 1 this week, it is unlikely he will do so, but remains a chance to rejoin the 17 in the coming weeks.

Roosters: No changes to the 17 expected, with Jayden Nikorima to again start from the bench and Aidan Guerra starting at five-eighth.

Eels: No changes, should be 1-17 with Nathan Peats to return to the side.

Raiders: Should be as per program, with Luke Bateman to take Sia Soliola's (broken arm, 6-8 weeks) spot on the bench.

Warriors: Named 18th man on Tuesday, Thomas Leuluei should force his way into the final 17, with rookie Jazz Tevaga the most likely to drop out of the squad.

Sea Eagles: No late changes expected, with Jake Trbojevic fine to return to the side after being omitted against the Rabbitohs as a precaution.

Panthers: Should be as per program.

Cowboys: Kane Linnett won't return this week, but is hoping to be back to face the Rabbitohs in Round 7, meaning Javid Bowen will hold his spot in first grade for at least one more week.

Sharks: 1-17, with Paul Gallen likely to start at lock after coming off the bench in his return game last week.

Titans: Coach Neil Henry confirmed mid-week that Will Zillman would come into the match day squad despite being named on an extended bench on Tuesday. John Olive should make way, with Zillman to line up in the centres due to the strong form of David Mead at fullback. David Shillington will be given as much time as needed to prove he's right to go after being a late withdrawal against the Broncos. Eddy Pettybourne will come into the 17 if Shillington fails in his bid to recover in time.

Knights:
Robbie Rochow will miss up to 10 weeks with a broken arm, forcing a reshuffle. Korbin Sims is expected to move to an edge to form a new second-row pairing with brother Tariq Sims, who returns form suspension. Jack Stockwell should start in the front row, with Daniel Saifiti to join twin Jacob on the bench. Sione Mata'utia looks likely to miss through concussion, with Jaelen Feeney to come into the side in the centres.

Wests Tigers: With Tim Simona suspended for three weeks after failing to have his dangerous contact charge downgraded at the NRL judiciary on Wednesday night, Chris Lawrence, Dene Halatau or Kyle Lovett could join the backline. That would see Curtis Sironen move to the starting side and Michael Chee Kam come into the final 17. Nathan Milone is also a chance of being a direct replacement for Simona

Storm: No late changes expected.

Bulldogs: Should be as per the side named on Tuesday.
