Dean Whare is out for the Panthers with a knee injury that could see him miss the rest of the season. Issah Yeo comes in to the centres, Sam McKendry starts with Lelani Latu moving back to the bench. Tyrone Peachey will start at hooker with James Segeyaro on the bench. While James Fisher-Harris moves into the vacant second row spot.
For Canberra, Blake Austin returns to five-eighth, pushing Sam Williams out of the side.
