Kate Baecher, Brad Fittler, Adrian Lam and Mark Geyer in 'The War Room' on The NRL Rookie.

The Rookies head interstate to sunny Queensland and the picturesque Moreton Island. Staunch Queenslander, Elias Power, is excited to show the boys how it's done when they have to compete in a demanding physical challenge involving kayaking and a nightmare sand dune climb.

The Rookies are then greeted by two legends of Queensland Rugby League, including the King of Origin himself, and some friends and family make the trip to Brisbane to support their boys on the field against a Queensland Combined University team.

While Matt Gorman has been cleared to play this week, two other Rookies have injuries that prevent them from doing so.

Yet another 'Shed' session reveals some of the frustration the NRL Rookies have had and an unexpected cut makes the experience all the more real for them. Tensions run high as the competition really heats up and one Rookie is accused of cheating by his teammates.

From 14 spots, the boys are now part of the starting 13 as they all vie for that title of being crowned, the NRL Rookie.
