Mitch Aubusson in action for the Roosters against the Rabbitohs.

The Sydney Roosters have re-signed utility Mitchell Aubusson on a new three-year deal, keeping him at the club until 2019.

"It's an honour to wear the Roosters jersey and I honestly couldn't see myself playing anywhere else," Aubusson said.

"I've been with the Roosters since I was 16 and the club and everyone who's a part of it mean the world to me."

Roosters coach Trent Robinson praised Aubusson's contributions to the club.

"Mitch is a true clubman and someone not only I but everyone at the Roosters values," Robinson said.

"Mitch is a significant contributor to the team on the field, but just as importantly, he's a man who also leads by example away from the footy field, and to ensure that we have him here for a number of years is great news for the Roosters."
