Agnatius Paasi will miss Tonga's mid-year Test to attend his partner's graduation.

The Wests Tigers and Titans have both confirmed their final 17 ahead of their Round 23 NRL Telstra Premiership clash at Campbelltown Stadium on Saturday.

There are no late changes for the home side, with Jason Taylor's team 1-17.

Agnatius Paasi starts for the Titans, with Luke Douglas dropping back to the bench. Leivaha Pulu and Cameron Cullen drop off the bench named on Tuesday, with Ryan Simpkins and Nathan Friend joining the 17.
