Penrith Panthers centre Waqa Blake has been charged with dangerous contact over a hit on Newcastle's Jake Mamo on Sunday.
Blake made contact with Mamo while the Knights fullback was midair taking a bomb during the Panthers' 42-6 win.
Waqa can avoid a suspension with an early guilty plea.
There were no charges from Sunday's match between the Roosters and the Cowboys.
