The big injuries, ins and outs and NRL Fantasy form guide for all 16 clubs heading into the 11th round of the Telstra Premiership season.

Sharks: Chris Heighington and Jayson Bukuya replace Joseph Paulo and the suspended Matt Prior in the Cronulla 17 this week. Paul Gallen and Andrew Fifita are in great touch, both making 60s for each of the past two rounds, while Valentine Holmes is coming off his third 50 of the season and could be an option for those selling Tom Trbojevic and playing head-to-head. Jayden Brailey has made close to $200,000 in price rises and has just about peaked, although for those playing for overall points it might be worth holding him until after Round 12 and selling before Cronulla's Round 13 bye.

Cowboys: No changes for North Queensland this week, although Johnathan Thurston has been included on the extended bench along with Kalyn Ponga and rookie half Kyle Laybutt. There's not a lot on offer at the Cowboys these days, with Scott Bolton their only player to average better than 50 in the past three rounds. Coen Hess is a mid-30s scorer when he's not grabbing tries.

Warriors: Solomone Kata is out injured, as is Simon Mannering again, with Ken Maumalo joining the backline and Bunty Afoa named at lock. Shaun Johnson scored "just" 45 last week and the fact that's one point off his lowest score of the year shows how good he's been this season, and he's a great replacement for Corey Norman - especially if you're playing for head-to-head. Charnze Nicoll-Klokstad is making good coin after being a surprise inclusion on the weekend and scoring 45, after Manu Vatuvei suffered a calf injury in last week's captain's run, while Roger Tuivasa-Sheck's 9 against Penrith isn't really worth worrying about because everybody has him.

Dragons: Euan Aitken is out with a hamstring injury, with Taane Milne replacing him at centre and Kalifa Faifa Loa starting on the wing. Cameron McInnes is back to his rock-solid best with recent scores of 59 and 60 while Paul Vaughan was brilliant on the weekend with 74. Vaughan's been so good there must be some chance of him making the NSW side.

Broncos: James Roberts is back in the centres while Ben Hunt has been included on an extended bench - although owners of Kodi Nikorima and Andrew McCullough will be hoping Hunt remains on the sidelines for another round, rather than Nikorima becoming a bench hooker. Nikorima has been good value with 53 against Manly following last week's 47.

Wests Tigers: The Mitchell Moses saga is over with the five-eighth leaving for Parramatta, with Jack Littlejohn starting in the halves. On the bright side Aaron Woods has been named to return from injury while Kyle Lovett joins the bench, with Ava Seumanufagai and Michael Chee Kam dropping out. Elijah Taylor is coming off a season-high 69 after scoring his third try of the year but James Tedesco has had a quiet couple of weeks with the Tigers suffering losses. He should be great value in a couple of weeks but with Origin I looming is only worth picking up right now if you're playing for head-to-head.

Titans: Jarryd Hayne is set to play despite picking up a knee injury late in last week's great win over Melbourne but Ryan Simpkins and Dan Sarginson are out injured, with Dale Copley and Leivaha Pulu starting and Karl Lawton and Nathaniel Peteru on the bench. Ryan James is averaging 58 in the last three rounds and Konrad Hurrell is in great form too with back-to-back 50s. He could be a point-of-difference option at centre if you need to trade out Tom Trbojevic.

Sea Eagles: Tom Trbojevic is a sell after being ruled out for six to eight weeks with an ankle injury, which is bad news not just for those Fantasy coaches who own him but for anyone looking for a consistent scorer available at centre. Matthew Wright ($176,000) replaces him at fullback. Martin Taupau has been a monster since returning from injury with scores of 67, 64 and 89 and is a point of difference as a dual-position forward, albeit one who now costs more than $500,000. Daly Cherry-Evans hit a solid 46 on the weekend while Frank Winterstein is a must-sell if he's still in your squad.

Eels: Corey Norman is out with a knee injuy for six weeks and is a sell, but Mitchell Moses is now an Eel and could be a late inclusion in jersey 21. Bevan French returns at fullback with Clint Gutherson partnering Will Smith in the halves. Nathan Brown should be one of your top targets if you're playing for overall points, while Clint Gutherson should take on more playmaking responsibilities in the short term with Norman out.

Raiders: Josh Papalii is back, bumping Luke Bateman to the bench this week. Nick Cotric is repaying the faith with those who still have him with bumper scores in the past couple of weeks in a losing team, and for overall points it's worth holding all Raiders in your side considering they play in Round 12. That includes out-of-form duo Joey Leilua and Jordan Rapana.

Knights: Sam Stone was a late withdrawal last week due to injury but is back this week, with Mitchell Barnett also named to return albeit off the bench. Lachlan Fitzgibbon and Tyler Randell are out. Sione Mata'utia is coming off his best game of the season with a two-try 64 in a rare Newcastle win, and he's a keeper in the centres like he has been all year despite a few scores affected by HIA tests and positional changes.

Panthers: James Fisher-Harris is out with a hamstring injury meaning Corey Harawira-Naera gets another run in the starting side. Viliame Kikau joins the bench. Trent Merrin seems to have turned the corner after scores of 77 and 54 and is good value at just over $400,000, and Nathan Cleary is coming off his best score in a month with a decent 45 against the Warriors. Isaah Yeo was superb on the weekend on the way to 80 points but it'd still be a risk at his price to gamble on him becoming a regular 50-point player this season.

Bulldogs: Craig Garvey replaces Marcelo Montoya on the bench in Des Hasler's only change. James Graham's price continues to slide despite a rock-solid 51 on the weekend in good news for those who don't have him yet, while Will Hopoate's chances of being a keeper took a boost with the confirmation he'll be playing Sunday games this season. Adam Elliott played the full 80 minutes again on the weekend and is proving a handy mid-range cash cow for those who snapped him up last week.

Roosters: Unchanged after smashing the Eels last week. The Roosters are in fine form but are about to lose a few stars to Origin, while Mitchell Aubusson still couldn't hit 30 on the weekend despite playing 65 minutes in their romp over the Eels. Still he remains a hold if you have him while he remains in the starting side. Even with a Blues jersey all but secured, Mitchell Pearce is a strong replacement option for Corey Norman if you're playing head-to-head.

Rabbitohs: Only the one change on the bench for Souths, with Jason Clark out with an ankle injury and Zane Musgrove joining the interchange. Like Parramatta, the Rabbitohs have a dream bye schedule for overall points and Adam Reynolds (average: 52) and Cody Walker (dual-position, average 49) both loom as quality replacements for Corey Norman or, in Walker's case, Tom Trbojevic at the back. Tyrell Fuimaono made a big impact in limited minutes with 42 off the bench in his debut last week and he looks like a decent cash cow with great bye coverage. Angus Crichton could still turn out to be a keeper while Sam Burgess is a must-have for overall points.

Storm: Felise Kaufusi has been brilliant this season but spent some time on the bench with Tohu Harris returning on Saturday, and he's now a sell after being named on the bench for Round 11, having made $249,000 in price rises. Joe Stimson ($157,000) gets a start in the back row. Billy Slater has been a remarkably consistent low-40s scorer this year but, like Cameron Smith and Cooper Cronk, is set to miss four of the eight rounds between Round 12 and Round 19 if he's picked for Origin. Cameron Munster is a good replacement option for Tom Trbojevic or Corey Norman, as a tackle-busting half/fullback who plays in two bye rounds.
