Departing Bulldogs pair Josh Reynolds and Sam Kasiano will miss the club's final official home game of the year against Manly on Sunday at ANZ Stadium.

Both players were not named in Des Hasler's squad on Tuesday after failing to overcome injuries suffered against South Sydney a week ago.

Canterbury have confirmed a special presentation will be made to both players on-field following the match.

Reynolds left the field in the first half last week with a minor calf strain and is hopeful of a return before the regular season is over, while the Melbourne Storm-bound Kasiano will miss the clash with a sternum complaint.

The club also confirmed Greg Eastwood would miss the clash with an ongoing knee injury.

Bulldogs back-rower Adam Elliott is hopeful Reynolds can feature for the side in the final fortnight of the season before he moves to the Wests Tigers in 2018.

Hasler's men will play the Dragons in Round 26 as the away team at ANZ Stadium.

"All of us are really hoping Josh can strap the boots on for at least one more time," Elliott said.

"We would love to give him a better send-off than we did last weekend. If he can get out there one more time, I'm sure we will do our best.

"He's great for everyone within the team and some of these boys are his best mates.

"He's good for the younger players coming through and good at bringing the best out of people. He's going to be sorely missed."

Canterbury have a strong record against the Sea Eagles, winning nine of the last 12 clashes between the teams, but were hammered 36-0 back in Round 4 at Lottoland.

"They have shown this year that they are a really good side and have plenty of players in their side that are on the up in their careers," Elliott said of Manly.

"They also have a few established players in their squad as well that can be threats all over the park.

"We want to build some momentum for the start of next season and bring a bit of joy to the team."

‌Meanwhile, Penrith's surge into the top eight has suffered a blow with veteran hooker Peter Wallace out for at least a week with a broken hand.

Wallace had a plate inserted into the injured hand on Tuesday but the Panthers are hopeful he will only need a week to recover and could return for the all-important clash with the Dragons in Round 25.

In other team news, Parramatta welcome back Bevan French from a week out with a hamstring injury and Sea Eagles centre Brian Kelly returns to replace Brad Parker (knee) in the No.4 jumper.
