Brenko Lee has left the Bulldogs for the Titans.

The Titans recruitment drive has ramped up another notch with Brenko Lee to join the Gold Coast club from the Bulldogs in 2018 on a one-year deal.

The 22-year-old versatile outside back was granted a release by Canterbury on Thursday and will start training with his new teammates in the New Year.

It is a homecoming for Lee who is a Logan Brothers junior and came through the Souths-Logan nursery before signing with the Canberra Raiders.

Lee, viewed as a future Maroons representative, has played 30 NRL matches with the Raiders and Bulldogs and will give the Titans extra strike power out wide.

He joins Michael Gordon, Leilani Latu and Mitch Rein as recent signings by Gold Coast coach Garth Brennan as he makes further progress in finalising his squad for 2018.

"Brenko is a young player who has played NRL football for a number of years," Brennan said.

"He is returning home to south-east Queensland so we hope him being comfortable at home will help him play his best football.

"We have had a number of changes to the squad and he'll definitely help us in the outside backs."
