NRL Social: Puppy love, K-Dot and a great Headspace
Be it the latest movie premiere, an adorable puppy pic or an injury update, you can find it all here in NRL.com's social recap.
And baby makes three!
Dragons powerhouse Paul Vaughan announced he and his wife Elle are expecting their first child on Instagram.
"What a year. Baby Vaughan on its way" the soon-to-be proud father wrote.
There was also good news on the baby front for Wests Tigers fullback Moses Mbye. We get the impression he's quite chuffed there is a boy on the way.
And on the other end of the spectrum, Cam Munster wished his old man a happy birthday.
"Thanks for everything you've done the past 23 years dad, allowing me to live my dream."
Teddy's in a good headspace
Roosters and NSW star fullback James Tedesco shared a powerful message on his social media in partnership with Headspace, an organisation aiming to help others gain a positive mindset.
"I did my ACL in my NRL debut and fractured my same knee cap halfway through my second season, it was a difficult start to my career but forced me to lean on other people for help," Tedesco wrote.
And Joel Thompson appeared on The Black Dot to discuss his own mental health project, The Mindset Project - give it a follow.
South Sydney backrower Angus Crichton caught up with one of his best mates, Jack Maddocks, earlier this week and posed for this pic along with his new addition, Fifi, his little pug puppy. Adorbs!
There's nothing better than Sunday arvo footy, and for Roosters back-rower Victor Radley the Chooks' 54-24 win over Manly only improved the occasion.
Croker on the mend
Jarrod Croker was in good spirits despite being ruled out for the season with a dislocated knee cap. "Surgery was a success today," he wrote on Instagram. "Devastated I've played my last game for 2018. Still believe in the boys, we have so much to play for."
Speedy recovery Jarrod!
The Rabbitohs spend a lot of time together so it's only natural they start to dress the same! Alex Johnston, Damien Cook, Cody Walker and Adam Reynolds attended the premier of the new Mission Impossible movie rocking bomber jackets. Our only question is, was this planned or a coincidence?
K-Dot and Normy
Hip-hop artist Kendrick Lamar performed in Sydney this week and Corey Norman along with a bunch of NRL players enjoyed the show.
Star Dragons and NSW forward Tyson Frizell caught up with his brother Shannon Frizell when his Super Rugby team the Otago Highlanders played the NSW Waratahs.
