NRL CEO Todd Greenberg has congratulated Warriors player Simon Mannering on reaching the 300-game milestone.

Mannering will join the exclusive 300-club on Friday night in the final Round of the regular season when the Warriors face Canberra Raiders at Mt Smart Stadium.

Mannering will be presented with the match ball from his 300th game by ARL Chairman Peter Beattie following the Round 25 clash.

The match is already sold out, giving the Warriors two regular-season home sell-outs for the first time since 1995.

Mannering, who will retire at the end of the season, will become the 34th player to reach the 300 games mark and the 16th to do so for a single club.

"Simon has been a wonderful representative both for the Warriors as well as for New Zealand," NRL CEO Todd Greenberg said.

"He is a tough and uncompromising competitor, but also one who has been able to adapt to changes in the game over 14 seasons.

"He should be congratulated on this fantastic achievement."
