The time for second chances is gone in the NRL finals. So, before you enter your tips, read Craig Wing's previews and see who the NRL.com experts are backing to keep their season alive this weekend.

Sharks v Panthers

The Sharks had opportunities to win the game last weekend but I felt after about 60 minutes they looked a bit bunched and easy to defend against. They're a grinding team and you can never rule them out, but the Panthers - with Maloney feeding Kikau on the left edge - can score a lot of points and their defence was really solid against the Warriors.

Rabbitohs v Dragons

The Souths game was played at a higher level than the other matches and it was there to be won for them. I worry that it took a bit out of them but they have an extra two days to recover. The Dragons forwards won't be able to roll through the middle as easily as they did against Brisbane. With the Dragons injuries, especially to Gareth Widdop, it makes things a whole lot more difficult.
