Wests Tigers forwards Chris McQueen and Alex Twal have escaped suspension after pleading guilty to judiciary charges coming out of their side's win over Gold Coast.

McQueen was charged over a fourth-minute dangerous contact incident involving Moeaki Fotuaiki while Twal was cited over a dangerous throw in the 47th minute.

Both have entered early guilty pleas and escaped suspension with 75 carry-over points against their name.

In the other charge from Saturday's matches, Sharks fullback William Kennedy has been charged with a Grade 1 tripping offence. With an early guilty plea he has received a $1150 fine.

Penrith hooker Sione Katoa is free to play in Penrith's Saturday afternoon road meeting with the Raiders after pleading guilty to a dangerous contact charge relating to his late-game clash with Dane Gagai in Friday night's 22-18 loss to the Rabbitohs.

Katoa's knees appeared to come into contact with Gagai after he scored a crucial try for the Bunnies in the 73rd minute.

No penalty was given after the bunker reviewed the incident, but the NRL Match Review Committee deemed Katoa's contact illegal.
