Sydney Roosters, NSW and Australia fullback James Tedesco has been voted winner of the Drinkwise Try of the Week for Round 3.

His superb individual effort against the Rabbitohs on Friday night was just enough for him to edge out Raiders fullback Charnze Nicoll-Klokstad.

The Canberra custodian's four-pointer came after backing up teammate George Williams at AAMI Park on Saturday night.

Gold Coast winger Brian Kelly and Wests Tigers back-rower Luke Garner were the other nominees from an action-packed weekend.
