The Dragons and Roosters kick off Round 13 on the anniversary of the Battle of Lone Pine.
The sides traditionally clash on Anzac Day in one of the most special events on the rugby league calendar, but due to the COVID-19 enforced break the April 25 match wasn't staged.
The occasion will be Roosters legend Mitchell Aubusson's 300th game.
Other highlights of the round include coaching rivals Wayne Bennett and Anthony Seibold being pitted against one another when the Rabbitohs face Brisbane on Friday.
And the ladder-leading Panthers host the fifth-placed Raiders on Saturday in a finals-like encounter.
