The absence of the two Cameron's - Smith and Munster - has resulted in the experts on the NRL.com tipping panel largely turning their back on the Storm this weekend.

The Roosters, who will host Melbourne at the SCG on Thursday night, will also be without a host of stars, but they remain popular despite sitting below Melbourne on the ladder.

Of the other seven matches scheduled for this weekend, the Panthers, Rabbitohs and Raiders were all unanimous picks.

Last-placed Canterbury are viewed as being not without hope in their clash with the out-of-sorts Wests Tigers.
