Raiders forwards Corey Harawira-Naera and Corey Horsburgh are facing potential sanctions due to off-field incidents over the Christmas break.
The club issued a statement on Tuesday to say the pair were involved in separate incidents and would be facing court.
Canberra are five weeks out from the start of their 2021 campaign which kicks off with a March 14 home game against the Wests Tigers.
According to the club's statement: "Both incidents were reported directly to the NRL Integrity Unit at the time and the club continues to keep them informed of any developments.
"As both issues are still pending court matters, the club will not be making further comment."
An NRL spokesman added: "The Canberra Raiders advised the Integrity Unit of the alleged offences and the Integrity Unit is awaiting further information from police."
Harawira-Naera arrived at the Raiders midway through last season on a two-and-a-half year deal after being released by the Bulldogs.
Horsburgh meanwhile only played six games last year after coming off the bench in the 2019 grand final. The young prop has fully recovered from the Lisfranc injury that sidelined him for most of 2020.
