Back-to-back wins for the Warriors and new halves at the Roosters have provided a quandary for the experts on the NRL Tipping panel.

A full-strength Roosters would start as clear favourites, but the loss of Luke Keary and Lachlan Lam (on top of the continued absence of Boyd Cordner and Jake Friend) has raised optimism levels with regards to the Warriors.

Of the other seven matches in a round that includes a couple of late venue changes, the Titans and Wests Tigers are given some hope in their respective clashes with Canberra and Parramatta.

The remaining five fixtures are one-way traffic according to the panel members.

On the leaderboard, Inside the NRL host Zac Bailey shares a three-way tie at the top with Sky Sport NZ host Goran Paladin and Channel Nine commentator Ruan Sims.
