Tyson Frizell was the VB Hard Earned player of the week in a round where second rowers and locks surged up the overall leader board.

Frizell's 43 tackles, 17 carries, six busts, three offloads and try assist gave him an index score of 110 to top the scores from the week and help his side to a morale-boosting win.

South Sydney lock Cam Murray was the only other player to notch an index score over 100 with his try boosting his 18 carries, 37 tackles and four busts for a score of 101.

Impressive Eels forward Isaiah Papali'i nabbed two tries to go with 18 carries, six busts and 32 tackles to surge to third overall.

Warriors backline stars Ken Maumalo (87) and Roger Tuivasa-Sheck (85) produced two of the best scores from backline players as an impressive and disciplined Warriors performance earned a win over the Dragons.

Storm playmakers dominated the Hard Work Index in round six with all of Cameron Munster (76), Jahrome Hughes (71) and Brandon Smith (71) finding their way into the team of the week.
