Wests Tigers centre Tommy Talau is out for round nine matches after he was cited by the match review committee for a shoulder charge.
Talau was handed a grade-one offence for a tackle on Dragons centre Jack Bird in the ninth minute of the Tigers' upset win on Sunday in Wollongong.
He halved the potential two-match ban by submitting an early guilty plea on Tuesday.
Cowboys prop Coen Hess was the only other player charged from Sunday's matches and is facing a fine of $1350-$1800 for dangerous contact on Warriors rookie Reece Walsh.
Roosters forward Sitili Tupouniua has accepted a one-week ban over a shoulder charge offence.
The back-rower was charged by the match review committee after a look back at a 28th-minute tackle on Knights utility Connor Watson at McDonald Jones Stadium on Saturday night.
A "guilty at panel" result would have brought about a two-week ban.
Roosters winger Matt Ikuvalu ($1700) has also submitted an early guilty plea for dangerous contact.
Penrith's Matt Burton ($1150) and Bulldogs forward Ava Seumanufagai ($750) are also lighter in the wallet.

Broncos forwards Matt Lodge and Jordan Riki copped fines of $1150 and $1350 respectively after being charged with contrary conduct over the melee in the final minute of Friday night's win over the Gold Coast Titans.
