Recently retired Brett Morris can add one more honour to a wonderful career - a spot in the Best from the Bush team as voted by NRL.com readers.

EISS Super, which has supported country footy by sponsoring five Telstra Premiership games in regional areas this season, joined forces with NRL.com to create a Best of the Bush fans poll.

Morris is far from the only match-winner in this team. He is joined by the likes of Cameron Munster, Kalyn Ponga and Latrell Mitchell.

The forward pack isn't lacking for powerhouse performers with Payne Haas, Tino Fa'asuamaleaui and Tyson Frizell all included.

The final mix of players resulted in six Queenslanders and seven from NSW.

Players who were born or grew up outside of Sydney and Brisbane were considered when selecting positional candidates.
