Round 12 charges: Kaufusi, Leilua not guilty; Klemmer, Keppie, Funa accept bans

Storm forward Felise Kaufusi is free to play in State of Origin I after successfully defending himself against a tripping charge at the judiciary on Tuesday night.

Wests Tigers back-rower Luciano Leilua was also found not guilty of a shoulder charge at the judiciary on Tuesday, avoiding a two-match ban and allowing him to face Penrith on Friday night.

Knight prop David Klemmer and Manly pair Sean Keppie and Tevita Funa are among eight players to have accepted suspensions following an incident-packed Round 12.

Klemmer will miss two matches and the other seven will each miss one match, with Manly and the Warriors both having two players suspended.

Klemmer pleaded guilty on Tuesday to a grade two careless high tackle on Manly debutant Ben Trbojevic in the final minute of Sunday's win over the Sea Eagles.

Warriors pair Reece Walsh and Adam Pompey are joined by Cowboys forward Mitchell Dunn, Penrith prop Moses Leota and Raiders enforcer Ryan James complete the list.

Twelve players have accepted fines after attracting low-grade charges.

They are: Jazz Tevaga ($1350), Tariq Sims ($1900), Jack Hetherington ($3050), Isaah Yeo ($1150), Will Hopoate ($1150), Ryan Matterson ($1350), Jordan Rapana ($1700), Martin Taupau ($1700), David Fifita ($1350), Mitch Rein ($1350), Moeaki Fotuaika ($1600) and Tyson Frizell ($1350).
