COVID-19 safety update for fans attending Origin II

The Queensland Government is requiring extra COVID-safe measures for tonight's State of Origin match in Brisbane.

All spectators should bring a mask if they have one, wear it on public transport, upon entry and exit to the stadium, and anytime they're not in your seat.

They do not need to wear a mask while seated. If they don't have a mask, one will be supplied at the ground.

Fans are asked to have their Check In Qld app and ticket ready when they reach the ground. It is also vital that anyone heading out to watch the game at a pub or club tonight use the Check In Qld app.

And please remember, if you're sick, stay home. It's the Queensland thing to do.
