It's week two of the Dragons' rolling bans for the players who attended that infamous party at Shellharbour, and tipsters are unsure of what to make of it all.

The team was beaten by Manly last week and needs a win on Sunday to ensure they remain in the top eight.

As for the Titans, the fact they have their big guns on deck is probably playing a factor in the continuing loyalty of tipsters.

Aside from the Titans-Dragons match, Round 19 has seen members of the NRL.com tipping panel largely stick together.

That being said, there's usually always at least one upset lurking just around the corner.

There were no changes at the top of the tipping leaderboard after Round 18, with  Fantasy NRL mystery man Lone Scout keeping a one-point lead over NRL Teams host Niav Owens.

NRL.com reporter Alicia Newton is now just two points off the lead.
