Young Broncos outside back Selwyn Cobbo might only be four games into his NRL career but he's already matching it with the game's elite speedsters.

According to Telstra Tracker data, the 19-year-old from Cherbourg was recorded at a maximum velocity of 36.1km/h in last Friday's gripping 21-20 loss to the Roosters at Suncorp Stadium.

Only Storm winger Josh Addo-Carr (36.2km/h) outpaced Cobbo during round 22, with the emerging Brisbane centre finishing ahead of Manly's Jason Saab (35.5km/h), Warriors fullback Reece Walsh (35.5km/h) and teammate Xavier Coates (35.3km/h).

Listed at 190cm and 99kg, the agile, yet powerful Cobbo is quickly shaping as an asset in the Broncos' backline.

Meanwhile, the Sea Eagles dominated the high-speed metres (20km/h or more) category with Saab (914hsm) and gun fullback Tom Trbojevic (898hm) running riot in a 56-10 smash-up of the Eels.

Rabbitohs winger Josh Mansour nabbed third place (853hsm) just ahead of Manly flanker Reuben Garrick (804hsm).

Roosters halfback Sam Walker has made a habit of traversing the field and he did just that against the Broncos, covering 9.75km.

That was the most of the round in front of Knights counterpart Mitchell Pearce (9.34km), Tricolours five-eighth Drew Hutchison (9.29km) and Sharks hooker Blayke Brailey (9.13km).

Elsewhere, Panthers utility Jaeman Salmon only saw nine minutes of game-time against the Dragons but he exerted himself with an average of 119.2 metres covered per minute.

He topped the relative distance chart with Dragons forward Josh Kerr (108.1m/m) also setting an impressive pace in his 25-minute stint.
