People have been questioning the Roosters for weeks and the semi-final stage of the season sees that trend continue.

Not one member of NRL.com's expert tipping panel thinks the Tricolours are going to keep their season alive by beating Manly on Friday night.

In contrast to the naysayers, Trent Robinson and his players are still going and will be thinking they can beat Manly. If James Tedesco fires anything is possible.

Let's also not forget that Manly weren't anything to write home about last Friday when comfortably beaten by Melbourne.

In this weekend's other match, Parramatta are given some hope - but still not a lot - in their encounter with Penrith.

On the NRL.com tipping panel leaderboard, there was no movement at the top as the three contenders for the title all got 3-out-of-4 last weekend. Due to the common tipping this week there will be no change once again.

If you need help on how each of the remainings teams are looking, Jamie Soward's Power Rankings is the best place to go for an accurate gauge on who's travelling well and who's doing not so well.

Tipping note: Due to the rescheduling of NRLW fixtures, the 2021 NRL Tipping Competition will now NOT include the NRLW fixtures and revert to the same scenario as prior years where the nine matches of the NRL Finals Series count as round 26 and also as a prize month.

So, make sure you tip all the way to grand final day of the NRL season.
