Anaconda's Fish of Origin returns bigger and better in 2022 with Origin greats from New South Wales and Queensland battling it out for the ultimate glory and state-to-state bagging rights.
Four Origin legends (Gorden Tallis, Mat Rogers, Steve Menzies and Nathan Hindmarsh) switch the pitch for water and battle it out on the Great Barrier Reef where they board Sea Fever Sportfishing Charters in search of coral trout.
The two teams will be put through a points system based on fish caught and fishing skills across targeted species. And to keep the competition fair between the Maroons and Blues, NRL icon and host of Escape Fishing Andrew 'ET' Ettingshausen will be on hand to act as a referee between the two sides.
It was the Maroons who clinched Game One in the Fish of Origin series before New South Wales fought back to claim Game Two — much like out on the field!
So who will win the all-important series decider airing on Saturday, July 9?
