Broncos: The starting 13 remains unchanged from the round 1 loss to the Knights, with coach Kelvin Wright making just one change which sees Brianna Clark join the interchange at the expense of Jasmine Fogavini. Kiwi Ferns prop Annetta Nu'uausala has again been left out of the squad.
Roosters: Unchanged from last week's 38-16 victory over the Eels. In her return to the NRLW fullback Samantha Bremner was among the biggest contributors in the win, setting up three tries, making two line breaks and running for 171 metres off 13 carries.

Eels: After starting last week, five-eighth Brooke-Morgan Walker and centre Abbi Church have been dropped to the reserves. Tayla Preston is the new No.6, while Zali Fay comes into the squad for Church and will play on the wing, with Rikeya Horne shifting from wing to centre.
Dragons: Prop Elsie Albert, who was a late withdrawal last week with an ankle issue, is named to start, with Renee Targett the player who makes way. Albert's return triggers some positional changes, with Talei Holmes going back to the bench and skipper Kezie Apps moving to her normal position in the second row.

Titans: Roxy Murdoch is replaced by Hailee-Jay Ormond-Maunsell on the interchange. The experienced Tazmin Gray remains out with an ankle injury and at this stage there is still no place for veteran Jillaroo Annette Brander, who is included in the reserves.
Knights: With Hannah Southwell suffering a suspected ACL injury last week, Simone Karpani is named to start at lock after coming off the interchange in round 1. Makenzie Weale is the new face in an otherwise unchanged line-up, with Caitlin Moran still not able to break into the squad after teenage halfback Jesse Southwell's star showing in the club's first ever NRLW victory.
