State of Origin 2023: Everything you need to know for Game Three

Your complete game day guide for Game Three of the 2023 Ampol State of Origin series at Accor Stadium.

Event Details

  • 5.30pm – Public gates open at Accor Stadium
  • 5.45pm – RISE Academy, NSW Blue v NSW Navy 
  • 7.30pm – Pre-game entertainment commences
  • 8.05pm – State of Origin Game III, NSW Blues v QLD Maroons

Game Day Information

  • With a large crowd expected to attend Origin III, the precinct will be busy.
  • Allow plenty of travel time with heavy traffic expected approaching Sydney Olympic Park.
  • Arrive early to soak up the big game atmosphere at Sydney Olympic Park with precinct activities commencing from 5:00pm.
  • Public transport is included in all game-day tickets. Fans are encouraged to take advantage of the many additional and direct train and Major Event bus services in place for the event.

  • Car parks are expected to fill. If you must drive, pre book your parking here now to guarantee your spot.
  • Allow additional time for the security screening process when entering the Stadium.
  • Bag sizes are limited to 30cm x 40cm (including eskis). All bags are subject to security checks on entry. Limited cloaking is available.
  • Accor Stadium is a cashless venue, payments are by card only.
  • Download your ticket before you arrive at the Stadium and have the barcode ready to scan when you get to the gate.
  • No smoking or vaping allowed inside the stadium.
  • Do not attend the event if you are unwell or have been diagnosed with COVID-19, or are currently waiting on COVID-19 test results. Immediately seek medical attention, if feeling unwell at the event (see Stadium staff).
  • These conditions should be read in conjunction with the conditions of sale appearing on each event ticket or membership card and the stadium’s COVID Safe page.

Fans are encouraged to plan their trip and consider all the available travel options ahead of time. Accor Stadium is easily accessible on the Sydney Trains network, with trains an ideal way to visit the stadium.

The closest train station to Accor Stadium is Olympic Park. Accor Stadium is a short five-minute walk from the station.

Catch a train from Lidcombe Station direct to Olympic Park, operating every 10 to 20 minutes on weekdays and every 10 minutes during events.
