Knights: Centre Dane Gagai returns from a foot injury in the only change to the side that beat the Bulldogs in Round 18. Enari Tuala is the man to make way. Blues reps Bradman Best and Jacob Saifiti will have 48 hours to recover from Origin III. Hymel Hunt is listed among the reserves as he closes in on a return from a knee injury.

Wests Tigers: A huge in for the Tigers with hooker Api Koroisau back on deck from the broken jaw he suffered against the Titans in Round 15. Koroisau's return sees Jake Simpkin move to the bench. Alex Twal returns from suspension on the bench so Aitasi James and Tallyn de Sliva drop out. Brent Naden (shoulder) is listed among the reserves and Daine Laurie (quad) is 18th Man.

Bulldogs: Josh Addo-Carr is named to back up from Origin III, but not at the expense of rookie wing Blake Wilson who has kept his spot after scoring three tries last week. It sees Jacob Kiraz shift to centre and bump Ethan Quai-Ward out of the 17 following his NRL debut in Round 19. After suffering a neck injury last week Ryan Sutton is out, with Raymond Faitala-Mariner the man to take his place at prop and Corey Waddell the new lock.

Broncos: Forward leader Pat Carrigan is listed among the reserves and will have Thursday and Friday to recover from the rigours of Origin III should the Broncos decide to back him up. The loss of Payne Haas (ankle) sees Corey Jensen moved into the starting side and Jesse Arthars added to the bench. Back-rower Kurt Capewell returns after missing two games with a quad injury.

Sea Eagles: Skipper Daly Cherry-Evans and star forward Jake Trbojevic will be monitored after Origin III. Jake Arthur is in the extended squad and ready to step up should Cherry-Evans be rested while Josh Aloiai could come into the starting pack. A new face on the bench with 25-year-old Dean Matterson to make his NRL debut in place of Ben Trbojevic, who suffered a hamstring strain at training on Sunday. 

Cowboys: Coach Todd Payten has named the same 17 that piled on 74 points against Wests Tigers before the bye. Maroons trio Valentine Holmes, Murray Taulagi and Jeremiah Nanai have been named to back up. Brendan Elliott, Sam McIntyre and Kyle Feldt are all part of the extended squad should Payten choose to rest any of the Queensland reps.

Roosters: Trent Robinson welcomes back a glut of talent in Round 20, headlined by Kiwi Test hooker Brandon Smith who returned from a lay-off with a thumb injury in reserve grade last week. Fellow hooker Jake Turpin and forward Egan Butcher are back on deck after suffering head knocks, as are Billy Smith and Joseph-Aukuso Suaalii, who clashed in a friendly fire incident at training ahead of Round 18 and were stood down. James Tedesco and Lindsay Collins are set to back up from Origin III if they get through unscathed, with a three-day turnaround.

Storm: After serving his mandatory stand down through the bye week, Will Warbrick has been named to return after picking up a head knock in Round 18. Maroons stars Harry Grant, Xavier Coates and Cameron Munster have been named to back up 72 hours after Origin III. Marion Seve has been named among the reserves as he nears a return from a jaw injury.

Warriors: All eyes will again be on Shaun Johnson, with his second child expected to be born this week and the No.7 no certainty to play. Dylan Walker has been named to play despite suffering an arm injury suffered against the Rabbitohs. Josh Curran returns after serving a two-game suspension so Mitch Barnett shifts to the front row and Bunty Afoa is out.

Sharks: Coach Craig Fitzgibbon has stuck with the same 17 that downed Wests Tigers in Round 19. Prop Braden Hamlin-Uele (ribs) has been named among the reserves and could be a chance of returning. Lock Dale Finucane is serving the final week of his suspension so Cameron McInnes looks set to start at lock again.

Hamiso Tabuai-Fidow is named to back up from Origin in the centres with Kodi Nikorima retaining the fullback job. Brenko Lee is listed among the reserves as he nears a return from an ankle injury. Hooker Jeremy Marshall-King (shoulder) remains sidelined so Harrison Graham keeps the No.9 jersey.

Panthers: A huge name in the extended squad with Nathan Cleary listed in No.24 as he closes in on a return from a hamstring injury. Blues reps Isaah Yeo, Liam Martin, Stephen Crichton and Brian To'o are all set to back up after Origin III. Scott Sorensen picked up a neck injury against Melbourne in Round 18 but has been named to play. Zac Hosking and Tyrone Peachey have been replaced on the bench by Soni Luke and Jaeman Salmon.

Eels: All three of Brad Arthur's Origin reps are named to play. Captain Clint Gutherson is back in the No.1 jersey, so the man who filled in for him there last week, Sean Russell, moves to the wing. Ofahiki Ogden reverts to be 18th Man after starting at prop against the Warriors. The return of Mitch Moses to the halves sees Ryan Matterson move back to the bench. After making a successful injury return via the interchange last week, Shaun Lane starts in the second row which bumps Andrew Davey back to the bench.

Titans: Maroons forwards Tino Fa'asuamaleaui, Moeaki Fotuaika and David Fifita have been named to back up from Origin III as has fullback AJ Brimson, pushing Jayden Campbell back to the bench. Chris Randall also goes to the interchange. Forwards Jaimin Jolliffe (hand) and Joe Stimson (concussion) will both miss the match after suffering injuries against the Dolphins. Jolliffe is facing four weeks on the sidelines.
