Bulldogs: Josh Addo-Carr is named to back up from Origin III, but not at the expense of rookie wing Blake Wilson who has kept his spot after scoring three tries last week. It sees Jacob Kiraz shift to centre and bump Ethan Quai-Ward out of the 17 following his NRL debut in Round 19. After suffering a neck injury last week Ryan Sutton is out, with Raymond Faitala-Mariner the man to take his place at prop and Corey Waddell the new lock.
Broncos: Forward leader Pat Carrigan is listed among the reserves and will have Thursday and Friday to recover from the rigours of Origin III should the Broncos decide to back him up. The loss of Payne Haas (ankle) sees Corey Jensen moved into the starting side and Jesse Arthars added to the bench. Back-rower Kurt Capewell returns after missing two games with a quad injury.

James Tedesco and Lindsay Collins are set to back up from Origin III if they get through unscathed, with a three-day turnaround.
Storm: After serving his mandatory stand down through the bye week, Will Warbrick has been named to return after picking up a head knock in Round 18. Maroons stars Harry Grant, Xavier Coates and Cameron Munster have been named to back up 72 hours after Origin III. Warriors: All eyes will again be on Shaun Johnson, with his second child expected to be born this week and the No.7 no certainty to play. Dylan Walker has been named to play despite suffering an arm injury suffered against the Rabbitohs. Josh Curran returns after serving a two-game suspension so Mitch Barnett shifts to the front row and Bunty Afoa is out.
Sharks: Coach Craig Fitzgibbon has stuck with the same 17 that downed Wests Tigers in Round 19. Prop Braden Hamlin-Uele (ribs) has been named among the reserves and could be a chance of returning. Lock Dale Finucane is serving the final week of his suspension so Cameron McInnes looks set to start at lock again.

Eels: All three of Brad Arthur's Origin reps are named to play. Captain Clint Gutherson is back in the No.1 jersey, so the man who filled in for him there last week, Sean Russell, moves to the wing. Ofahiki Ogden reverts to be 18th Man after starting at prop against the Warriors. The return of Mitch Moses to the halves sees Ryan Matterson move back to the bench. After making a successful injury return via the interchange last week, Shaun Lane starts in the second row which bumps Andrew Davey back to the bench.
Titans: Maroons forwards Tino Fa'asuamaleaui, Moeaki Fotuaika and David Fifita have been named to back up from Origin III as has fullback AJ Brimson, pushing Jayden Campbell back to the bench. Chris Randall also goes to the interchange. Forwards Jaimin Jolliffe (hand) and Joe Stimson (concussion) will both miss the match after suffering injuries against the Dolphins. Jolliffe is facing four weeks on the sidelines.
