The fourth round of the NRL Telstra Women's Premiership saw the Knights hand the Titans their first loss of the season, the Raiders continue their strong start and Parramatta remain winless.

Almost at the halfway point of the season, there is no shortage of talking points in this year's NRLW season with several familiar faces putting their hand up each week to stand out from the rest.

NRLW Team of the Week: Round 4

1. Tamika Upton (Knights)

A commanding performance from the Indigenous All Stars representative with another 249 running metres to go with eight tackle busts, a decisive try and an assist. Without her the Knights don't beat the Titans on Sunday and she beat out Maroons teammate Evania Pelite in the fullback battle.

2. Jayme Fressard (Roosters)

A hat-trick of tries for the pocket rocket winger, the first treble for the Roosters since 2018 and just the seventh in NRLW history. Fressard's double before half-time swung momentum for the Tricolours before she finished with 143 run-metres and two tackle busts.

3. Bobbi Law (Dragons)

The former Knight is producing a fine season for the Red V on the left, causing havoc against the Raiders with her flat line running churning out plenty of yardage and momentum. Law racked up 203 metres and crossed for the side's first try to go with five tackle busts and two offloads.

4. Isabelle Kelly (Roosters)

A monster performance for the Roosters captain, who we see gets better and better each game. Kelly produced a round-high 283 metres to go with three linebreaks, five tackle busts and a four-pointer.

5. Jakiya Whitfeld (Wests Tigers)

Dangerous as ever on the edge for the joint venture with 11 carries producing 134 metres plus eight tackle busts and a safe game under the high ball. Proving to be one of the purchases of the season.

6. Tahlulah Tillett (Cowboys)

A return to the NRLW and in a big way. The Indigenous All Stars playmaker came up with two crucial try assists to help the Cowboys to their second-ever win. The first early when she sent China Polata over the line before the match-winner at the death under pressure.

7. Ali Brigginshaw (Broncos)

A captain's knock from the Jillaroos veteran with 15 carries, a linebreak and three conversions to go with three tackle busts and 225 kick metres. Without the services of Gayle Broughton in the halves, Brigginshaw really stepped up for her side.

8. Chelsea Lenarduzzi (Broncos)

Another Bronco who led the way in the side's win over the Eels with Lenarduzzi churning out 183 metres which included a try, five tackle busts, four offloads and a linebreak assist.

9. Chante Temara (Raiders)

Got through 73 minutes in a monster effort for the Green Machine which included a crucial try out of dummy half, six runs, three tackle busts and 32 tackles.

10. Sarah Togatuki (Wests Tigers)

Did everything she could to lead the way through the middle for Brett Kimmorley's side with another 220 metres, six tackle busts, two offloads and 29 tackles.

11. Romy Teitzel (Broncos)

Got into a groove on the right edge alongside Ali Brigginshaw and went close with her line-running several times throughout the game. Finished the match with 128 metres and two offloads, plus 17 tackles.

12. Mahalia Murphy (Eels)

A shining light in a beaten side on Saturday with the former Jillaroo moving to the back-row this week and making every post a winner. Got through plenty of work that included 11 carries (120 metres) which included a linebreak, five tackle busts and 17 tackles (100% efficiency) in a fine all-round effort.

13. Simaima Taufa (Raiders)

What more can be said about the Raiders co-captain? It's a copy paste job keeping her at lock for another week with 45 tackles, 15 carries (197 metres), four tackle busts and let's also talk about the try - one for the ages.

14. Fran Goldthorp (Cowboys)

The English star has been chipping away in recent weeks with solid performances but has really settled into the NRLW and were among the stars on Saturday. Goldthorp ran for 20 carries, making 253 metres and five tackle busts in her best efforts since moving down under.

15. Teagan Berry (Dragons)

The Dragons No.1 did everything she could for the Red V throughout the side's loss to the Raiders with a try, a try assist, two linebreak assists and 243 metres from 19 carries. Scored a brilliant four-pointer to get the Dragons back to within reach and constantly threatened the line.

16. Rima Butler (Knights)

Her afternoon was cut short due to a head knock and for the Titans' sake it was a case of thanking the heavens. In her 32 minutes of game time Butler had 16 carries for 135 metres with a tackle bust and 12 tackles.
