Game Week 5 of Bundy Mixer is here and it's time to pick the six players you think can get the job done in Round 25 of the NRL and Round 5 of the NRLW.
Cameron McInnes (HOK)
Finding a 60+ scorer at HOK this year is a bit of a crapshoot, with Harry Grant a good case in point last week when he scored only 51 despite having a try and try assist. So McInnes, who only has one score under 60 this year, is the pick this time because his huge defensive output means he at least has a high floor, and from there he's been good a couple of times this Mixer season at adding some attacking numbers.
Cameron McInnes hits the hole
Georgia Hale (MID)
Hale only deals in 60s this Mixer season and comes into Game Week 5 averaging 68.3 per game. Plays the full game most weeks and earns her scores almost entirely from base stats, so she's a super safe option. There are lots of good MIDs around, but none better than this workaholic Titan.
Jahrome Hughes (HLF)
A real point of difference option, with Hughes currently selected by less than one percent of teams and most players set to go with Nathan Cleary, Nicho Hynes or Shaun Johnson. Outside of the potential advantage Hughes presents on that front, he is also in really good Mixer form with scores of 103 and 60 in his past two games. This Game Week he takes on a Dragons side who have held a team to fewer than 22 points just once since Round 10.
Hughes huge for Mixer owners
Jess Sergis (CTR)
Either Roosters NRLW CTR shapes as a good pick this week, but Sergis is a real chance of having some attacking luck against the Titans. Her only score below 60 this year came when she was playing injured against the Dragons in Game Week 3 and she's been otherwise excellent with scores of 86 and 61.
