After a couple of tough weeks things on the Fantasy front things got back to relative normalcy this week, with overall scores jumping back up as a result.
The big guns from last year are starting to flex their muscle, while coaches who remained patient with the popular cash cows were rewarded in Round 6 too.

Hitting their straps
Traditional Fantasy guns Shaun Johnson, Daly Cherry-Evans and Kalyn Ponga have really come to life over the last three rounds to dominate the leaderboard in terms of last three game (L3) averages. No player is running hotter than Johnson right now, with an 82 last week helping him to a L3 average of 76. The recent form from 'DCE', in which he's averaged 71.7 across Rounds 4,5 and 6, marks a whopping 30-point per game improvement on his average through the first three rounds. Ponga meanwhile has been the most consistent of the trio through that L3 period, with three scores over 66.

Cash cows make it rain
It was a nice week for making money on popular cash cows, with a $55k hike for Xavier Willison leading the way and taking the Brisbane forward to over $100k in total value earned this season. CTR Kayal Iro was the next biggest earner, going up $50k thanks to a 40 against the Rabbitohs, while Ethan Strange (HLF, $415k), who sits in over 52 percent of all teams, jumped $48k to take his overall price increase through six rounds to $165k.

Captain Hynes
The most popular captain in Round 6, Nicho Hynes will likely own that honour again this week given he is projected to hit 69 points against the Cowboys. With question marks over Nathan Cleary's availability, the Cronulla playmaker shapes as the obvious pick for those who don't have Kalyn Ponga, who himself has a projected Round 7 score of 67.
