Dragons: Former NSW and Jillaroos star Maddie Studdon is set for a shock recall as St George Illawarra navigate a torrid injury toll. The veteran has been playing for the Steelers in the Harvey Norman Women's Premiership and will line up at five-eighth for her first NRLW game since 2023. Kasey Reh has been named to make her return from a concussion at halfback. Raecene McGregor will miss the clash due to suspension, while Margot Vella has been ruled out with a knee injury. Maria Paseka has been named on the wing in her place. Nita Maynard-Perrin (knee), Alice Gregory (finger) and Trinity Tauaneai (shoulder) have also been ruled out, with Zali Hopkins to start at hooker and Bronte Wilson to line up at prop. NSW Under 19s representative Tori Shipton has been named to make her debut off the bench. 

Sharks: Cronulla are also battling an overflowing casualty ward, with Grace-Lee Weekes named at centre in place of skipper Tiana Penitani Gray (head knock). Annessa Biddle returns to the centres and is set to battle through a shoulder injury. Brooke Anderson is also back from a head knock and will line up at lock, with Stephanie Faulkner returning from a concussion via the interchange. Emma Verran has been named in the reserves and is a chance of returning from a foot injury, however Jada Taylor's comeback from an ACL tear has been put on hold for at least a week.

Knights: Evah McEwen comes straight back into the starting side in her return from suspension in the only change to the team that beat Canberra last week. Jules Kirkpatrick reverts to the bench as a result, with Joeli Morris listed in the reserves. 

Wests Tigers: No changes to Brett Kimmorley's side, with Losana Lutu still sidelined with a virus. Evie McGrath will again partner Faythe Manera in the halves, while Salma Nour starts at hooker. Portia Bourke has been named 18th player after linking up with the club prior to last week's Harvey Norman Rising Talent Invitational in Newcastle.

Bulldogs: Shannon Muru moves from the backrow to the centres, with Monica Tagoai placed in the head knock protocol. Pauline Suli-Ruka moves from the bench to start at second row. Alexis Tauaneai is back at lock after she was a late withdrawal last week with a hamstring injury. Paea Uilou shifts to the interchange as a result. Experienced pair Holli Wheeler and Tegan Dymock have been named in the reserves as they look to work their way back into the side. 

Warriors: No changes to the starting side after last week's victory over the Cowboys, with Tyra Wetere retaining her place on the wing after an impressive debut. Matekino Gray is set to make her return from a concussion via the interchange, with Ashlee Matapo moving to the reserves.

Titans: Rookie winger Lily Patston will miss the clash after suffering a fractured fibula in last week's draw with the Bulldogs, with Phoenix-Raine Hippi to make her NRLW debut on the wing. Captain Georgia Hale will shift to lock, with Lily-Rose Kolc named to start at hooker. Sienna Lofipo moves to prop and Takoda Thompson will line up at second row with Jasmine Solia suspended. Canadian Megan Pakulis has been named on the bench while Kelsey Ladbrooke-Parkin has been listed as 18th player just a week after being recruited in the lead up to the Harvey Norman Rising Talent Invitational in Newcastle. 

Roosters: Tavarna Papalii is in the mix to return from a fractured jaw suffered during the Origin series and has been named in the reserves. No changes to the 17 that defeated the Wests Tigers last week, with the Roosters looking to extend their unbeaten start to the year.

Broncos: Just one change to the side that defeated Cronulla last week, with Shenae Ciesiolka making her return from a knee injury to replace Bree Spreadborough (ankle) on the bench. Ciesiolka will play her first game of the season after suffering the injury in the State of Origin series.

Eels: Emerging back Fleur Ginn has been named to start at centre in place of the injured Rory Owen. Rosemarie Beckett comes in for Cassey Tohi-Hiku at five-eighth after making a successful return from injury via the Harvey Norman Women's Premiership. Tohi-Hiku injured her ankle in last week's win over the Dragons. Kennedy Cherrington has also been ruled out after suffering a concussion last week, with Tess McWilliams and Tyla Amiatu the new faces on the bench. 

Cowboys: Captain Kirra Dibb has earned a recall and will play her first game since Round 2. The playmaker has been named at five-eighth and will partner Tahlulah Tillett in the halves. Rosie Kelly moves to the reserves as a result. A couple of minor changes to the forward pack, with Lily Peacock moving from the bench to the starting side and Lillian Yarrow reverting to the bench. Hailee-Jay Ormond-Maunsell has also been named to start, with Essay Banu on the interchange, however the duo have made a late swap in the past two weeks. Lily Dick comes on to the bench for Najvada George.
