Vote for your RLWC2026 Team of the Week

Nathan Cleary, Pat Carrigan, Api Koroisau and Thomas Jenkins are the only members of last week's RLWC2026 Team of the Week in contention to be selected again.

Each week players from the NRL and Super League will be nominated for fans to vote on their Team of the Week, drawn from players in contention for Rugby League World Cup 2026.

The RLWC2026 Team of the Week will be announced each Wednesday.

Cleary and Carrigan, who played for the Kangaroos in last year's Ashes triumph, Jenkins and Fiji's Koroisau are the only incumbent players from last week's World Cup Team of the Week again nominated after Round 4 of the NRL and Round 6 of Super League.

Jenkins equals try-scoring record with 10 in four

Jenkins, who just 18 months ago was preparing to play Ron Massey Cup for St Marys, equalled Jack Lindwall's 84-year-old record of 10 tries in the first four rounds of the season when he crossed for a double against the Eels.

Australian hooker and 2025 IRL Golden Boot winner Harry Grant, who was selected in the RLWC2026 Team of the Week following Round 1 and 2 is back in contention after failing to receive a nomination last week.

Rookie Titans secondrower Arama Hau, who is eligible for New Zealand and Tonga, has been nominated after starring in Gold Coast's first win of the season against the Dragons.

Hau sweet it is! Arama's double clinches Titans first win

Leeds wing sensation Maika Sivo, who scored his third hat-trick in five Super League matches this season, is in contention for his second appearance in the World Cup Team of the Week.

Other Super League players nominated include Rhinos team-mate Mikolaj Oledzki, who has signed with Perth Bears, fellow Fijian flier Jason Qareqare (Castleford), England winger Joe Burgess and halfback Mikey Lewis, Hull FC's French centre Arthur Romano, Wakefield prop Caleb Hamlin-Uele, who is eligible for New Zealand and Samoa, and Castleford lock George Lawler.

Among the players in contention for this week's World Cup Team of the Week are:

  • Fiji stars Jahream Bula, Maika Sivo, Api Koroisau and Jacob Saifiti
