Official team lists, updates and injury news for Round 7 of the 2026 NRL Telstra Premiership.

The new rules allow teams to carry six men on the interchange bench but only four are permitted to enter the action on game day.

Two players will be omitted from the squads 24 hours out from the match, with the final 19 to be confirmed 90 minutes before kick-off.

Cowboys: Braidon Burns (ankle) returns to the wing in a straight swap for Murray Taulagi (concussion). After coming into the game much earlier than expected last week for Reed Mahoney, who also suffered a head knock, Soni Luke has been named to start at hooker. Sam McIntyre returns to the six-player bench after missing last week’s game with a torn plantar fascia. Viliami Vailea is the other new face on the bench, with young gun Mason Barber named in the 19 once again.

Sea Eagles: Siosiua Taukeiaho makes his return from a calf injury via the bench having been sidelined since Round 1. Nathan Brown grabs a place on the six-man interchange after returning from illness in NSW Cup last week.

Rabbitohs: Matt Dufty is back in the NRL for the first time since 2022 as he takes over from Jye Gray (shoulder) at fullback. The former Dragon and Bulldog played two Pre-Season Challenge games and has lined up in five NSW Cup games while awaiting a crack at NRL level. Lachlan Hubner comes into the back row in place of David Fifita (hamstring) in the only other change to the starting side.

Dragons: After coming on as a replacement last week, Mat Feagai will start against Souths in place of Moses Suli (eye socket). Jacob Halangahu has been added to the bench while winger David Fale is listed among the reserves having served a one-game suspension. Winger Christian Tuipulotu is good to go despite leaving the field with a knee injury last week.

Broncos: Skipper Adam Reynolds has been named to return from an adductor injury so Thomas Duffy slides to the interchange. The loss of Pat Carrigan to suspension brings Xavier Willison into the starting side at lock while Cory Paix has been named in the extended squad and his availability will be subject to further medical assessment from an independent specialist. Josh Rogers has been named at hooker in the interim. The new faces on the six-man bench are Jack Gosiewski and Jaiyden Hunt.

Roosters: Trent Robinson goes with the same 19 players after an impressive win over the Sharks in Perth. Billy Smith is listed among the reserves as he looks to return from a knee injury suffered against Manly in Round 4.

Knights: The return of gun five-eighth Dylan Brown sees Fletcher Sharpe slide to fullback and Fletcher Hunt to centre. Thomas Cant gets a start in the back row in the absence of Dylan Lucas (throat). More changes on the bench with Cody Hopwood in for Tyson Frizell, who is nursing a rib injury. Francis Manuleleua also joins the interchange while Kyle McCarthy and Peter Hola are also new additions to the match-day squad.

Eels: Centre Sean Russell returns from concussion so Brian Kelly moves to the wing and last week's debutant Araz Nanva slides to the interchange. Charlie Guymer and Jack Williams are the new second-rowers in place of Kelma Tuilagi (concussion) and Kitione Kautoga (knee). The loss of bench forward Sam Tuivaiti (concussion) sees Saxon Pryke join the bench for his NRL debut. Prop Toni Mataele has also been added to the bench as he chases a second NRL appearance after debuting in Round 11 last year.

Bulldogs: Star prop Leo Thompson has overcome a calf injury and has been named to play his first game of the season. Thompson comes in for Max King, who suffered a jaw injury last week. Back-rower Josh Curran is listed among the reserves as he looks to return from a rib injury suffered against the Knights in Round 4 while skipper Stephen Crichton (shoulder) is also part of the extended squad.
