The Brisbane Broncos are preparing for one of the most meaningful nights on the Club’s calendar, with Saturday night’s clash against the Titans set to bring together rugby league, community and a shared commitment to supporting mental health.
Now in its second year, the Broncos’ Mental Health Round is about using the game’s biggest stage to spark conversations, encourage connection and remind people that no one has to face life’s challenges alone.
The team will proudly wear the 2026 Black Jersey, supporting Black Dog Institute and helping fund vital mental health research.
Fans can also be part of the movement through the Round’s Virtual Seats campaign. Every $25 virtual seat purchased will help raise funds for Black Dog Institute, turning support in the stands into real-world impact for Australians affected by mental health challenges.
Saturday night will carry added significance as Queenslanders come together to celebrate Queensland Day.
Working alongside the Queensland Government, the Broncos will recognise local legends and volunteers whose selfless contributions help strengthen communities across the state every day.
Queensland Day Ambassadors and officials will also be welcomed to Suncorp Stadium as part of the celebrations.
The night’s entertainment will include a special halftime performance from homegrown Brisbane favourites Ball Park Music, set to perform two of their most popular tracks.
Fans are encouraged to arrive early, with gates opening at 6pm ahead of the 7.30pm kick-off.
Caxton Street will be closed to traffic from 6am for the Queensland Day Caxton Street Party, which will feature Lee Kernaghan and a host of live acts and entertainment. The Broncos Merchandise van will also be parked on Caxton St throughout the day. More details on Queensland Day celebrations can be found here.
It’s a chance to celebrate the people who make our communities stronger, recognise the importance of supporting one another and stand together for a cause that touches so many Queenslanders.
